Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, strategy, and creative testing. You will lead client conversations, manage budgets, and drive direct-response campaigns to generate qualified appointments.

You will also craft copy and video scripts, develop testing strategies, and diagnose funnel performance while communicating clearly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and creative.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
