Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own performance across Meta campaigns, messaging, and client communication.

This senior role blends hands-on media buying with strategic leadership to deliver qualified appointments and measurable results. You will manage multiple high-stakes client accounts, develop testing strategies, write direct-response copy, and guide creative direction while partnering with the Associate Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with Meta advertising focus.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while maintaining client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and creative testing skills.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own client portfolio end-to-end; lead conversations and strategy.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead gen and appointments.
• Write direct-response copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; diagnose funnel issues.
