Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, copy, and testing. You will lead client conversations, manage campaigns, and craft direct-response scripts to drive qualified appointments for high-net-worth prospects.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring strong relationships, optimal budgets, and data-driven decisions across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
