Job summary

Searchbloom is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to lead strategy and drive ROI across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, and Google Shopping for a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise partners.

You will own quarterly roadmaps, guide partner calls, and collaborate with SEO, CRO, and development teams to ensure paid recommendations translate into measurable revenue. Remote, full-time role reporting to the Director of Paid Media.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience at a digital marketing agency
• Proven client-facing experience in an agency environment, including leading strategy calls and executive-level reports
• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Google Shopping, and Google Ads Editor

Responsibilities

• Lead the paid media relationship for 5–8 partners and drive ROI
• Build and deliver ninety day roadmaps for each partner
• Design and execute full-funnel paid media strategies
• Lead partner calls and defend strategic direction
• Prepare and deliver partner reports using Looker and Agency Analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, CRO, and Development teams to scale multi-channel strategies
• Monitor performance and iterate strategy based on analytics and KPIs
• Track time in Teamwork.com to balance workloads and deliver on commitments
• Travel 1–2 times per year for partner events
• Use AI to scale audits while relying on human strategy
