Managed.com, the company behind HostPapa and related brands, is seeking a senior paid media leader to drive strategy and execution on a global remote team.

You’ll manage six-figure annual budgets across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and X, set KPIs, run experiments, and optimize conversion paths with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.

Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of paid search, social, display, and automation are essential, with collaboration across US/EU timezones.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
• Hands-on experience with major paid media platforms and multi-channel budgets
• Strong knowledge of paid search, social, display and remarketing
• Advanced analytical and attribution skills to improve paths and performance
• Ability to design and interpret A/B tests for ads, creative, and landing pages
• Proven ability to present data clearly to leadership
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows for optimization is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute paid media strategies across major platforms
• Plan, allocate and optimize six-figure annual budgets
• Set campaign KPIs and report results to leadership
• Manage keyword research, bidding, and campaign structures
• Develop audience targeting using first- and third-party data
• Create and test ad copy and creative across assets
• Analyze customer journeys and attribution to improve performance
• Collaborate with web teams to improve tracking and landing pages
• Coordinate paid and organic search with content/SEO
• Work with external agencies and share best practices
• Support other projects as needed
