Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, and creative testing. You will craft direct-response copy, lead testing, and manage client relationships from onboarding to retention, with a focus on high-value appointments.

The role requires 5+ years in paid media, strong copywriting, and analytics. Remote-friendly and based in the U.S., with opportunities to work from home and collaborate across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead bi-weekly client calls.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
