Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to lead high-impact social campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will shape strategy, optimize across platforms, and present insights to stakeholders, while mentoring junior team members.

You’ll work in a remote US setting, coordinating with Client Partners to deliver strategic recommendations and ensure budgets and brand standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on paid social experience across major platforms.
• Strong ability to design, run, and analyze funnel-based campaigns.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients, ensuring performance meets goals.
• Develop platform-specific optimization and monitoring strategies across Meta Ads.
• Own paid social contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and reviews.
• Quantify and prioritize initiatives with highest potential impact on performance and growth.
• Mentor team members to elevate paid social capabilities.
