DEPT is seeking an Account Manager for Paid Media to lead paid search strategies, manage client relationships, and drive performance across Google Search, YouTube, and Display networks. You will design roadmaps, run weekly calls, deliver reports, and collaborate with growth teams to align with client goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Paid Media experience including budgeting, bidding and testing methodology.
• Experience across Google networks: Search, Display, YouTube.

Responsabilités

• Maintain advanced understanding of primary paid media channels (Google Ads incl. Display and YouTube).
• Drive account strategy to meet client efficiency and growth goals.
• Monitor and optimize accounts to hit targets and budgets.
• Quantify initiatives to maximize performance.
• Create client roadmaps, testing plans, reports/dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
• Manage performance of designated client portfolio toward goals and budgets.
• Lead client calls and ensure agendas meet client needs.
• Ensure QA processes for all account management outputs.
• Liaise with platform reps (e.g., Google, LinkedIn) to identify opportunities.
• Own paid media roadmap and coordinate with growth teams.
