Job summary

DEPT® is a remote-first agency hiring a Senior Account Manager, Paid Media in the United States. You’ll own paid media performance, manage client relationships, and lead production resources.

You’ll design channel strategies and coordinate with vendor reps, taking ultimate responsibility for account performance. You will supervise at least one direct report, collaborate with growth teams on holistic roadmaps, and ensure all work passes QA and aligns with client goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Paid Media experience with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
• Experience across Google networks, including display and search (apps).
• Experience with UAC, ACi, Google app campaigns, GDN, Performance Max, and Discovery campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Proven track record presenting findings and recommendations for account optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced understanding of primary paid media channels and their funnel fit (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads).
• Drive account strategy toward client efficiency and growth goals.
• Develop and implement monitoring/optimization techniques to hit client targets and budgets.
• Quantify and prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact on performance.
• Create client roadmaps, testing plans, reports/dashboards, and QBRs to meet needs.
• Manage performance of designated client portfolio to goals and steward budgets.
• Lead agenda setting for status calls and ensure updates are captured.
• Lead client calls, discuss completed projects, performance, and long-term optimization.
