Job summary

DEPT is hiring an Account Manager, Paid Media to lead paid media performance and client relationships. You will design channel strategy, manage accounts, and collaborate with vendors to refine initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential as you drive campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, and Display.

Qualifications

3+ years of Paid Media experience with budgeting, bidding, and testing.
Experience across Google network types: search, display, video.
Proven ability to present findings and recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

Maintain advanced understanding of paid media channels and funnel fit (Google Ads).
Develop and execute account strategy to meet efficiency and growth goals.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive performance against budgets.
Prioritize initiatives to maximize impact on performance.
Create client roadmaps, testing plans, and dashboards for updates.
Manage portfolios to meet client goals and budget stewardship.
Lead client calls and present results, plans, and long-term optimization.
Ensure QA processes to deliver error-free work.
Coordinate with platform reps (e.g., Google, LinkedIn) for opportunities.
Own paid media strategic roadmap and collaborate with growth teams.
