Job summary

DEPT® is hiring an Account Manager, Paid Media to lead paid media performance and client management for a portfolio of brands. You will design channel strategies, run weekly calls, and coordinate with vendor reps and senior team members to refine plans.

The role requires 3+ years in paid media, proficiency with Google Ads, and strong analytical and communication skills. This position is remote within the US with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid media roles
• Experience with budgeting, bidding, testing methodology
• Strong analytics and reporting skills
• Proven ability to present findings and optimize accounts
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced understanding of primary paid media channels (Google Ads) and funnel fit
• Drive account strategy to meet efficiency and growth goals
• Develop and execute account management monitoring and optimization techniques
• Quantify and prioritize initiatives impacting performance
• Create client roadmaps, testing plans, reports, and QBRs/FBRs
• Manage designated client portfolio to meet performance goals and budgets
• Prepare agendas for status calls and ensure alignment with updates
• Lead client calls, discuss completed projects and future initiatives
• Ensure QA across all account management deliverables
• Maintain relationships with platform reps (Google, LinkedIn) and identify opportunities
• Own paid media strategic roadmap and coordinate with growth teams
