You’ll lead daily management, optimization, and strategy across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, reporting trends and insights to Directors and Account Executives. Qualifications

• 3+ years managing high-budget paid search & paid social campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Experience with search, display, remarketing, video, RLSA, and PLA/shopping.
• Experience managing Meta campaigns with traffic and lead goals.
• Monthly budgets >$50K and portfolio >$250K.
• Proven CPA/ROI improvements with real examples.
• Ability to present insights to stakeholders clearly.
• Discuss strategy face-to-face with clients and adapt quickly.
• Self-motivated with strong prioritization in fast-changing environments.
• Experience with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) and automation tools.
• Power user of Google Ads Editor; strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Advanced data storytelling and monthly client reporting.
• Lead generation, CRO, funnel analysis; landing page AB testing.
• Bachelor’s degree; Google/Bing Ads certified; Meta Blueprint; agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and QA paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Create strategy, set goals, manage client expectations, optimize campaigns.
• Serve as main contact for performance, insights, and strategy.
• Collaborate with design/dev/production/analytics teams.
• Provide day-to-day client support via email.
• Create and deliver monthly client reports.
• Offer recommendations; explore new ads, targeting, and networks.
• Present to c-level executives with confidence.
