Job summary

Resolute, a data-driven paid media and measurement agency within The Weber Shandwick Collective, seeks a Senior Manager, Paid Media. You will oversee day-to-day paid media planning and buying for assigned accounts and collaborate with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Develop media plans, negotiate with partners, manage execution across Google Campaign Manager, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and lead campaign reporting and optimization based on data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5-8 years of experience planning and buying paid media campaigns.
• Experience planning and buying across online and offline media channels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with client and Resolute team leads, Finance, and outside vendors.
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of KPI’s and attribution.
• Experience working with Google Campaign Manager and 3rd Party Ad Servers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day paid media planning and buying for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Develop paid media plans and presentation materials for client review.
• Negotiate rates and add value with partners.
• Lead campaign reporting and optimization based on data.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across all media channels.
