Gainor Staffing is seeking a Senior Paid Social Buyer to lead integrated media planning across brand and performance channels. You will translate business challenges into growth opportunities while working directly with founders in a rapidly scaling agency.

Responsibilities include leading direct-response paid-social strategy across Meta and Instagram, creating and optimizing campaigns against ROI and ROAS, and collaborating cross-functionally while managing one junior partner.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of biddable-media experience, including at least 3 years in paid social.
• Paid-social campaign experience in an agency or in-house environment.
• Client-facing strategy, tactical recommendation, and performance-optimization experience for Direct Response KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct-response paid-social strategy and execution across Meta, Instagram, and other major social platforms.
• Create and optimize direct-response and branding campaigns against ROI, ROAS, CPA, and similar conversion KPIs.
• Analyze performance, recommend improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage 1 team member.
