Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, and messaging.

You will manage end-to-end client relationships, write direct-response copy, and guide testing across audiences and creatives to improve lead generation and appointment booking. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will drive performance, optimize funnels, and collaborate with video editors and automation tools to accelerate results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Proactively identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Set up tracking, Meta pixel events, and conversion events; configure Calendly and Zapier integrations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
