Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, testing, copy, and funnel optimization. You will lead client conversations, manage campaigns end-to-end, and drive appointment bookings for high-net-worth prospects.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate with editors and creatives to scale results. A hands-on leader with strong communication and data-driven decision-making will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead strategic conversations with clients.
• Lead bi-weekly calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
