Job summary

Silverback Strategies is a fully remote performance marketing agency based in the United States. We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize client Paid Media programs across Search and Social channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

You’ll own strategy, drive testing, and mentor teammates while collaborating with Creative, Measurement, and SEO teams. You will act as the primary client-facing expert, building strong relationships, delivering reports, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years managing Paid Search and Social campaigns.
• Agency experience is required.
• At least 3+ years of client-facing work experience.
• Strong experience driving paid media strategy.
• Proficiency with GA4 and data tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with fast, deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, innovation, and performance across multiple client Paid Media campaigns.
• Manage a portfolio of 3–5 client accounts and lead on campaigns.
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media across Search and Social platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative and Measurement teams on strategy and analytics.
• Present insights and reports directly to clients.
• Lead client calls and maintain strong relationships.
