Silverback Strategies is a performance marketing agency focused on helping marketers grow and capitalize on change. The Senior Paid Media Manager will lead as a true paid media expert, developing and managing a portfolio of campaigns, and building strong client relationships.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Measurement, SEO, and Client Services teams to drive testing, optimization, and overall success of client media strategies across Search and Social platforms.

Qualifications

• >=3 years of paid media management for multiple clients

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, innovation, and performance of multiple client Paid Media campaigns
• Own the success of a portfolio of client accounts (3-5)
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns aligning with client KPIs
• Execute campaigns across Search and Social platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Pioneer testing of new media channels and tools
• Collaborate with Creative and Measurement teams on strategy and analytics
• Collaborate with SEO for cross-channel marketing
• Create, analyze, and present paid media performance reports to clients
• Utilize tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of accounts
• Lead client calls and maintain strong relationships
• Retain and grow client portfolios through communication and storytelling
• Communicate timelines and client expectations clearly
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Support sales enablement and upsell opportunities
• Delegate tasks to juniors and ensure quality
