Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a paid media agency role.
• Experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Ability to speak with clients and own the end-to-end process.
• Proven track record of aligning media plans with client goals and revenue impact.
• Strong data analysis skills with GA4 and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for a small portfolio of client accounts (3–5).
• Plan, implement, and audit paid media campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with creative, SEO, and measurement teams to optimize results.
• Present insights and performance reports to clients on a regular cadence.
• Manage timelines, client expectations, and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for new campaigns and tests based on data.
