Job summary

Outside, the leading outdoor and fitness media company, is seeking a Paid Media Lead for its Consumer Apps division. You will own paid user acquisition across Trailforks, Gaia GPS, and MapMy, setting strategy and executing daily across major platforms, while collaborating with ASO, Finance, Brand, Retention, and Product Growth teams.

You will help strengthen attribution, run platform-level campaigns, and present results to executives with clarity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on paid media experience, esp. mobile app acquisition for subscriptions
• Deep fluency in AppsFlyer and 360ROI for attribution issues
• Fluent in iOS SKAN/ATT-era measurement and postback modeling
• Proficient in Amplitude and Tableau for analytics
• Strong Excel/Sheets modeling, forecasting, and pivot analysis; SQL a plus

Responsibilities

• Onboard with products, audiences, and current paid media state across portfolio
• Audit active campaigns and establish baseline weekly performance reports
• Strengthen attribution/measurement foundations with BI
• Run tests on major channels and build quarterly forecast models
• Scale paid acquisition across Trailforks, Gaia GPS, MapMy and web surfaces
