Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, copy, testing, and funnel optimization. You will lead client conversations, craft direct-response copy, and guide testing strategies to improve lead generation and booked appointments for financial services clients.

You report to the Associate Director of Operations and directly influence retention, renewals, and referrals by delivering measurable results and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and video scripts.
• Experience testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and creatives.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows; diagnose funnel issues.
