Lilo Social is a leading full-funnel ecommerce growth agency. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Media to serve as the strategic quarterback for a pod of marketers and act as the CMO-level partner to our clients.

You will own the growth vision and execution for your portfolio, balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership. You will lead strategy sessions, develop end-to-end growth plans across acquisition and retention, and guide a team of media buyers, retention specialists, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce growth marketing
• Experience developing holistic growth strategies across paid, email, SMS, and CRO
• History of managing large ad budgets across Meta/Google/TikTok platforms
• Strong email/SMS marketing and lifecycle program experience
• Minimum 2 years leading teams or cross-functional projects
• Proficiency with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Google Ads
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic partner for an assigned portfolio of ecommerce clients
• Lead weekly client strategy sessions and present performance insights
• Develop growth strategies spanning acquisition through retention
• Monitor daily account performance and adjust as needed
• Mentor a pod of marketers and foster professional growth
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth constraints and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align weekly priorities with growth targets
• Translate performance data into actionable client insights and resource plans
• Manage project timelines across multiple workstreams
• Proactively address client needs with a solution-oriented approach
• Track and report ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other KPIs across channels
