Qualifications

• BS in Packaging Science or Engineering required.
• 7+ years' cosmetic packaging development experience.
• Prestige beauty industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with packaging design tools and software.

Responsabilités

• Solve complex technical packaging challenges with engineering rigor.
• Develop scalable packaging platforms and technology engines.
• Collaborate across Packaging Development, R&I, Design, Product Marketing and Manufacturing.
• Lead AI-enabled packaging simulations, analysis, and problem solving.
