Job summary

Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in high-speed food packaging maintenance.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting without full electrician credentials.
- Experience maintaining and rebuilding packaging machinery (baggers, form-fill-seal, sealers).
- Willingness to coach junior technicians.
- HS diploma/GED required; AAS or certs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Keep high-speed packaging and processing lines running across a large plant.
- Rebuild and refurbish machinery to like-new condition during downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults and fix them without waiting for help.
- Handle electrical troubleshooting on the lines daily.
- Teach and mentor junior technicians on the floor.
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks and log all work in the CMMS.
- Work with operations and engineering on improvement projects.
