Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company applying sustainable, end-to-end manufacturing solutions to improve medicine production. The Mechanic Technician role is on the manufacturing floor, reporting to a Manager/Supervisor and supporting Packaging operations.

You will perform setup, changeover, repairs, and preventative maintenance across packaging lines and act as a key technical resource to production teams, ensuring GMP compliance and ongoing equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance and performance.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Overtime may be required with short notice to support business needs.
• Sponsorship or work authorization support is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Perform setup, changeover, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Provide basic mechanical training to Packaging Technicians and support continuous improvement projects.
• Serve as first-line technical resource and assist with start-up, recipe setup, and production issues.
• Support lean activities (5S) and document maintenance tasks in CMMS.
• Lead Level 0 problem-solving on equipment-related issues.
• Review SOPs, PM procedures, and batch records for accuracy.
