Resilience in Ohio seeks a Manufacturing Technician III (Packaging Mechanic) to perform setup, changeover, and preventive maintenance on packaging equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues, train technicians, and contribute to continuous improvement on the production floor.

The Manufacturing Technician III, (Packaging Mechanic) reports to a Supervisor or Manager on the Manufacturing floor, which supports Packaging operations. The position is a day shift position and entails the execution of setup, changeover, repairs, and preventative maintenance for all equipment used in the production processes in various Classified/Non-Classified areas and performs the role of a Packaging Technician as needed. It requires the ability to perform mechanical and electronic troubleshooting in order to ensure optimal equipment performance. The Manufacturing Technician III will also provide basic mechanical training to Packaging Technicians and serve as a resource for the implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Position will start out working M-F for the initial 12+ months supporting project work and then will transition to 12 hour shift, 2-2-3 schedule. (6am/pm-6pm/am-2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend).
Prior experience in a regulated production environment, specifically responsible for equipment maintenance and performance. Must have the ability to effectively understand, read, write, communicate, and follow instructions in the English language. Ability to lift and handle equipment change parts, tooling, and materials associated with equipment maintenance and repair.

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $24.00 - $38.00 per hour. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
