Factory Motor Parts Co. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Mechanic to manage upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of packaging machinery and facility systems.

You will perform emergency repairs, routine servicing, and troubleshoot on automated packaging, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in high-speed packaging/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of packaging equipment, conveyors, motors and VFDs.
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics and basic electrical systems.
• Proficient in logging work orders and PMs in CMMS.
• Commitment to plant safety, e.g., Lockout/Tagout and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform emergency repairs on high-speed bottling and packaging machinery.
• Maintain, overhaul, and tune packaging lines and conveyors.
• Diagnose electrical issues on sensors, relays, relays, and motor control circuits.
• Repair plant utilities, including pumps and motors, and service VFDs.
• Assist with equipment installations, relocations and line optimizations.
