Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in packaging development and equipment.
• Experience in Consumer, OTC, or pharmaceutical industries; GMP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in design, development, testing, and production scale-up of packaging components and systems.
• Lead packaging projects including technology transfers, process improvements, and compliance remediation.
• Coordinate with R&D, marketing, market research, supply chain and other departments to address packaging needs.
• Manage lifecycle of packaging materials and equipment, ensuring alignment with product and brand strategies.
• Develop and approve package development documentation (e.g., specs, plans, reports).
• Lead troubleshooting and provide recommendations on packaging guidelines and standards.
