Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer in Summit, NJ, hybrid work. You will design, validate, and optimize package components and processes for Skin Health & Beauty brands, leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely product packaging from concept to release.

Responsibilities include developing new package concepts, driving process improvements, and coordinating with R&D, Marketing, Design, Operations and Regulatory groups. Strong technical writing and GMP experience are valued.

Qualifications

• BS in Packaging/Engineering or related science; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in Cosmetic/Personal Care or related industry.
• Knowledge of extrusion, injection molding, dispensing systems and packaging materials.
• Strong writing, documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with GMP requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and validates packaging components and processes.
• Evaluates new concepts and leads packaging projects and teams.
• Partners with design groups to deliver timely packaging solutions.
• Directs major sections of new package development and testing.
• Interact with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
