Job summary

The position requires a BS in Packaging or related field, with 6+ years in Cosmetic/Personal Care packaging. Hybrid work in Summit, NJ, with opportunities across R&D, Design, and Operations.

Qualifications

• BS in Packaging, Engineering or related Science.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with cosmetic/personal care packaging is desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new packaging, including cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure specifications, documentation and testing support product releases.
• Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide packaging projects and interface with R&D, Marketing, Design and Operations.
• Apply technical expertise to create innovative packaging solutions.
• Support New Product Innovation/Development initiatives.
