Job summary

Dermalogica LLC, headquartered in Carson, CA, seeks a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead New Product Development, Product Maintenance, cost savings, and sustainability initiatives across all Dermalogica brands. You will coordinate with packaging suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure quality and design across products.

You will drive innovative packaging designs, maintain BOMs and documentation, and manage timelines and budgets for launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering required or preferred.
• 5–10 years packaging engineering experience in CPG/Beauty.
• Experience leading large projects and coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovative design and materials for packaging and sustainability.
• Maintain project timelines, tasks, and costs for launches.
• Manage BOMs, specifications, and documentation for packaging materials.
• Define specifications and design criteria to optimize processes from manufacture to assembly.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers to optimize packaging for production.
