Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Technical Operations Package Development Co-Op for Jan–Jun 2027, based in Fort Washington, PA, with hybrid work options. You will work under the Technical Operations Principal Engineer, Package Development, and gain hands-on experience in packaging development, documentation, and project execution.

The role emphasizes leadership growth, analytical thinking, and collaboration across teams to advance consumer healthcare packaging initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Engineering/Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
• Candidates must be diligent, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support package development activities for a broad portfolio of consumer healthcare products including OTC drugs and dietary supplements.
• Create and/or update packaging component and assembly drawings and material specifications.
• Document all packaging design, development, and testing to comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Support package development activities in Manufacturing Operations including packaging line trials.
• Interact with outside suppliers for packaging component development, evaluation, and testing.
• Recommend alternatives and solutions to resolve supply chain disruptions and emerging requirements.
