Job summary

Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE, a VOANS program, seeks an Enrollment Specialist in Louisville, KY. This role coordinates admissions, conducts pre-admissions counseling, and provides information to community agencies.

You will promote the PACE program to participants and partners, supporting a compassionate, service-oriented team. Responsibilities include processing admissions, reviewing EPIC documentation, assisting the Social Services team, and conducting PAS screening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in humanities/health and health services or equivalent experience with CNA or LPN certification.
• Minimum 2 years in marketing with emphasis on sales/admissions in healthcare or information/referral role for seniors.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete admissions.
• Provide pre-admissions counseling, information and tours.
• Review EPIC for proper documentation and orders.
