Ampirical is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and communicate resource-loaded schedules for multiple EPC projects in the energy sector. You will drive schedule integrity, collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and ensure timelines align with budgets.

You will lead baseline development, monitor critical paths, and contribute to process improvements. A strong background in Primavera P6 and Excel, plus 10+ years in scheduling, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 10+ years of experience in planning/scheduling for EPC projects in the utility sector.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; PMI Scheduling Professional certifications preferred.
• Experience in utility/EPC projects and strong client/vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules for time and cost efficiency.
• Prepare baseline schedules for project team approval and regular reviews.
• Monitor critical path activities, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and constructability.
• Lead scheduling meetings and document lessons learned to improve future scheduling.
