Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformative F&A initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A mastery with AI and ERP technologies to drive deals from origination to delivery, building CFO and CAO relationships along the way.

The role requires strong sales capability, deep domain expertise in PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A, and a track record of large-scale finance transformations. Travel up to 30% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO — with a clear sales or revenue component.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, presentations, workshops, co-design, and execution for global enterprise clients.
• Build CFO-level relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance leadership to drive opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI, automation, and ERP ecosystem tech to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
• Shape compelling value propositions by translating complex transformations into clear narratives that win CFO confidence.
• Deliver deep domain expertise by leading process re-engineering and AI-enabled transformation in a chosen F&A tower.
• Set thought leadership agendas and contribute to market-facing viewpoints on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
