Job summary

Accenture seeks a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead high-impact F&A transformation for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A domain mastery with fluency in AI, agentic technologies, and ERP ecosystems to drive deals from origination to close, while nurturing CFO and CAO relationships.

You will own the full deal lifecycle, articulate value propositions, and deliver AI-enabled operating-model redesigns across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales or revenue component.
5+ years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.
CPA certified.
External consulting experience preferred.
Proven track record leading and closing large F&A deals.
Demonstrated AI fluency—able to design and articulate AI-first operating models.
Hands-on experience deploying AI/GenAI or intelligent automation in Finance.
Deep familiarity with leading ERP and F&A platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa, etc.).
Industry expertise in Consumer Goods, Industrials, or Financial Services.
Experience structuring and winning F&A managed services contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models.
Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programs into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence.
Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a recognised specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A).
Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing viewpoints on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
Travel requirement: up to 30% domestic and international travel may be required.
