Job summary

Accenture seeks a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead large-scale F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend deep F&A domain expertise with AI, automation, and ERP know-how to shape deals from origination to delivery and build CFO-level relationships.

You will own the full deal lifecycle, drive value-driven narratives, and lead cross-functional teams across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO with a sales or revenue component.
• 5+ years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Proven track record leading and closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in Finance contexts, able to design AI-first operating models.
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation in Finance.
• Deep familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa and other ERP/F&A platforms.
• Industry expertise in Consumer Goods, Industrials, or Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programs into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence and close large-scale managed services deals.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a recognized specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A).
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
