• Graduate degree with experience in Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, or related finance operations.
• Strong control mindset, risk awareness, and audit/compliance understanding.
• Ability to handle high volumes, meet deadlines, and operate in time-sensitive environments.
• Analytical problem solving with root-cause analysis and sustainable resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across functions and levels.
• Stakeholder and vendor management with a client-service focus.
• Comfort in system-driven environments with queues, workflows, andReporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute invoice intake, validation, coding, approvals, and routing per policy and audit standards.
• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and billing guideline compliance; resolve issues.
• Manage invoice exceptions (duplicates, PO mismatches, tax issues, missing approvals).
• Validate charges against contracts, PO, rate cards, and inventory systems.
• Process time-sensitive payments to vendors, regulator, and tax authorities per terms.
• Support supplier enablement and vendor master activities including Ariba onboarding.
• Provide administration and guidance for invoice workflow tools and e-billing platforms.
