Job summary

AEP Service Corporation's New Albany, OH site is seeking an engineer to support Protection & Control (P&C) design standards. Qualifications

ABET-accredited engineering degree required or equivalent.
Two or more years of related engineering experience.
PE license encouraged or preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and support P&C designs, including development of new PCE standard designs and maintenance of the existing standards portfolio.
Verify station equipment and circuit designs for compliance with PCE standards and technical accuracy.
Support development of automation tools and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Provide technical guidance to P&C Production and TFS for design activities and issue resolution.
Develop, maintain, and review SS guides and other PCE standards documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned.
