Job summary

Group-CBS seeks a Senior Engineer to lead technical reviews and drive quality in protection and control projects. You will establish standards, mentor engineers, and guide complex power systems work from design through commissioning.

Responsibilities include reviewing deliverables, developing procedures, and delivering training to ensure consistent engineering practices across the division. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience performing technical reviews of power systems projects.
Experience developing engineering standards and best practices.
10+ years in system integration, protection and control, or related power systems.
Hands-on knowledge of relaying schemes, testing, and commissioning.
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE and related standards.

Responsibilities

Lead technical reviews and approve project deliverables for quality and compliance.
Develop and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and templates.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineers.
Deliver technical training programs and knowledge sharing.
Support project teams on complex engineering challenges.
Contribute to continuous improvement of P&C services.
