Davies North America is seeking a Senior Complex Claims Consultant / Claims Counsel to lead high-severity EPL, Professional Liability, and related coverage claims. You will interpret complex policy language, draft coverage positions, and guide internal teams and carriers through strategic resolution.

The role focuses on EPL, Professional Liability, and related coverage lines, with exposure to BOP and GL claims within program structures.

Competenze

• Active bar membership and a JD required.
• 7–10+ years of senior-level EPL/GL/Professional Liability claims experience.
• Active adjuster licenses or willingness to obtain.

Mansioni

• Review and interpret EPL, E&O, BOP, and GL policies and endorsements.
• Analyze coverage issues including wrongful termination, discrimination, and damages.
• Draft coverage position letters and denial letters.
• Oversee complex investigations and advise carriers and counsel.
