Kin Insurance seeks a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate P&C product decisions into systems and requirements. You will collaborate across Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, Engineering, and Tech Product to ensure accurate implementation.

The role emphasizes ownership of requirements, clarity, and end-to-end delivery, with a remote-first setup and opportunities to impact homeowners' coverage nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or systems analyst role, including P&C insurance
• Experience translating insurance concepts into structured requirements for Engineering and Tech Product
• Experience with Agile or iterative delivery environments

Responsibilities

• Own the requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, and form changes
• Translate business decisions into clear business requirements and specs
• Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, and product review to confirm correct implementation
• Document current and future-state processes and data mappings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather inputs and resolve ambiguities
