Job summary

Kin Insurance is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to bridge insurance product concepts and engineering delivery. You will own requirements for new products, state launches, and coverage changes, partnering with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, and Engineering.

You will lead UAT, produce user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure clear traceability from decisions through deployment. A remote-first culture supports collaboration across states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst, including P&C insurance

Responsibilities

• Own requirements lifecycle for new insurance products, state launches, endorsements, forms, and rating updates across multiple teams.
• Translate insurance product decisions into clear business requirements and functional specs for Engineering and Tech Product.
• Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, and product reviews to ensure correct implementation before broader release.
