Kin in a remote-first setup is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate insurance product decisions into precise, implementation-ready requirements. You will work closely with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, and Engineering to support new product launches and state configurations.

You will own the requirements lifecycle, drive UAT, and ensure accurate, auditable decisions across policy administration, rating, and forms.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, including 3+ years in P&C insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Own the requirements lifecycle for insurance product and state-configuration changes from discovery to handoff to Engineering.
• Translate business decisions into clear requirements and specifications for Engineering and Tech Product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, resolve ambiguity, and maintain alignment from decision to deployment.
• Document current and future-state processes, manage changes, and ensure traceability from decisions to implementation.
