Job summary

Kin Insurance is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to translate insurance product decisions into clear, implementation-ready requirements. You will collaborate across Insurance Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Claims, Operations, Engineering, and Tech Product to ensure accurate, deployable outcomes for P&C products and state filings.

You will own the requirements lifecycle, guide acceptance criteria, and lead UAT to validate changes before release.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a business/systems analyst or similar role.
• 3+ years in P&C insurance.
• Translate insurance concepts into structured requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own requirements lifecycle for new products, state launches, endorsements, coverage changes, and compliance.
• Lead UAT planning, test scenarios, and beta-validation processes.
• Document current and future-state workflows and data mappings.
