Job summary

The Jacobson Group seeks a senior PM/BA to lead hybrid digital product initiatives in the property and casualty insurance space. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on analysis, coordinating across underwriting, operations and IT while engaging internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will orchestrate end-to-end delivery, translate business needs into actionable requirements, drive UAT, and manage risks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a combined project management and business analysis role.
• Proven success leading digital initiatives in underwriting, policy administration or self-service platforms.
• Strong background in property and casualty insurance with carriers, MGAs or brokers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital product builds, ensuring goals, timelines and standards are met.
• Gather, document and validate complex business and technical requirements across underwriting, operations and IT.
• Manage project plans, identify risks, and communicate to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, developers, QA teams and external vendors or carriers.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, lead workshops and drive consensus on priorities and scope.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Oversee user acceptance testing planning, execution and defect resolution.
