NFP, an Aon company, seeks an experienced Account Executive, Broker (P&C) for the South Central region. The role focuses on broking new and renewal business for a diverse energy and non-energy client portfolio, handling strategy through policy delivery in a hybrid Austin or Houston, TX setting.

The position requires 5+ years of P&C broking, strong negotiation skills, and TX license; travel may be required to support client and industry events. Expect a competitive salary with incentives.

Formación

• Five or more years of commercial P&C broking with middle-market or large accounts.
• Strong ability to lead marketing discussions and negotiate with carriers and wholesalers.
• Understanding of property and casualty solutions and market dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing for energy and non-energy P&C clients in the South Central region with account teams and clients.
• Drive placement strategy, carrier negotiation, and marketing execution with timely submissions.
• Develop strategies for at-risk accounts and opportunities to optimize the book of business.
• Build and maintain carrier and wholesale partner relationships to enhance placement outcomes.
• Provide market insight to support informed risk-transfer decisions and collaborate across teams.
