NFP is seeking an experienced Account Executive, Broker (P&C) for its South Central region. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Austin or Houston, TX, with regular in-office presence to support collaboration across teams.

You will lead broking for a diverse energy and non-energy client portfolio, managing strategy, placement, and client servicing. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial P&C broking, strong negotiation skills, and TX P&C license.

Competenze

• Five or more years of commercial P&C broking experience.
• Strong negotiation and carrier relationship skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex new and renewal placements.

Mansioni

• Lead marketing for a book of energy and non-energy P&C clients in the South Central region.
• Drive placement strategy, carrier negotiations, and marketing execution.
• Coordinate submissions, respond to carrier questions, and present recommendations.
• Develop coverage strategies based on client risk profiles and objectives.
• Support cross-sell and client retention initiatives.
