Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an experienced Property & Casualty Broker to manage broking for new and renewal business. You will coordinate renewal cycles, craft market submissions, negotiate with carriers, and present recommendations to clients and producers.

Responsibilities include collaboration with teams, preparation of proposals and reports, and maintaining strong relationships with underwriters and clients. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years P&C experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two to five years property & casualty insurance experience.
• P&C License required or obtained within 90 days of employment; advanced designations (CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate broking around the renewal cycle in line with service standards and timelines.
• Define success and direct broking activity; develop go-to-market strategy for each engagement.
• Negotiate with carriers to drive favorable outcomes and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with brokerage and client teams to present complete submissions to markets and provide clear recommendations.
• Assist in preparation of proposals, reviews of binders and policies for terms and conditions.
• Support development of sales documents, presentations, stewardship reports, and RFP responses.
