Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Director to lead the design and construction of multiple capital projects ranging from $25M to $300M. You will guide project teams of 25–50 members, coordinate with clients, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality goals.

You will leverage deep PM expertise to drive preconstruction activities, manage scope, and present critical updates to C-suite clients, while fostering a collaborative, high-performance project culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience on large capital projects and ability to lead client accounts.
• Strong PM experience on major capital projects with complex budgets and schedules.
• Ability to analyze and manage project budgets and costs.
• Understanding of preconstruction processes and contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of multiple projects valued at $25m-$300m, including renovations and new builds.
• Directly manage 25–50 project team members and interact with clients as project leader.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and milestones; present to clients and executives.
• Ensure profitability, review invoices, and manage the payment process.
• Lead and motivate teams, maintain client confidence, and ensure project alignment with goals.
